Behind every tonne of aggregate that leaves Royal Star Crusher LLC is a vast array of heavy machinery, electrical systems, and precision crushing equipment. Our fleet represents decades of engineering excellence from some of the world's leading manufacturers.

Our earthmoving fleet includes Caterpillar Excavators (350 and 345 models), Caterpillar Wheel Loaders, Komatsu Wheel Loaders, Komatsu Bull Dozers, and a range of dump trucks and dumpers. Together, these machines keep the quarry productive and ensure a constant feed of raw material to the crushing plant.

On the processing side, our plant is anchored by a 400 TPH Jaw Crusher, two 300 HP Cederapids Cone Crushers, a Telsmith Gyrasphere, and a Metso VSI — all connected by a network of 30 Telsmith conveyors. Three-deck screens from Cederapids sort the output at multiple stages to ensure consistent product sizing.

Electrical systems are equally critical. We operate 300 HP, 40 HP, 30 HP, and 10 HP ABB Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) across the plant, enabling precise motor control and energy efficiency. Power is supplied through a 500 KVA synchronising panel and a 1500 KVA generator, ensuring uninterrupted production.

Every piece of equipment is maintained to manufacturer standards. Our in-house maintenance team, supported by a 10 HP air compressor and welding equipment, ensures that downtime is minimised and that our fleet remains in peak operating condition year-round.
